By accessing and using the website skitterskoon.com and the services of Skitterskoon Inc. ("Skitterskoon", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our site or services.

Description of Services

Skitterskoon offers professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the Greater Montreal area, including:

  • Regular residential housekeeping
  • Commercial and office cleaning
  • Airbnb and short-term rental cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Specialized services (windows, carpets, etc.)

User Account

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your information up to date
  • Protect your password confidentiality
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Bookings and Payments

Booking Process

Bookings made through our site or by phone constitute a contractual agreement. By booking, you accept:

  • The rates indicated at the time of booking
  • The specific conditions of the chosen service
  • Our cancellation policy

Pricing

Our prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes (GST/QST) unless otherwise indicated.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 48 hours before: Free cancellation, full refund
  • 24 to 48 hours before: 25% fee
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% fee
  • No-show: Full amount charged

Zero Trace Guarantee

We offer our "Zero Trace" guarantee on all services:

  • If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours
  • We will return to correct the work for free
  • If the correction doesn't satisfy you, a partial refund will be considered

Liability and Insurance

Skitterskoon is insured for general civil liability. In case of damage caused by our staff:

  • Report the damage within 24 hours
  • Provide photos and description
  • We will evaluate and process your claim

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Montreal courts.
